These terms govern your use of Clone a Website ("the Service"), operated by Klarhimmel AB, a company registered in Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service creates a static copy of a publicly accessible website you provide and hosts it on Cloudflare infrastructure. A free preview is generated with no obligation. Managed hosting is offered as a paid monthly subscription.
Preview clones are temporary, are not indexed by search engines, and may be removed at any time. A preview does not constitute a paid hosting agreement.
Managed hosting is billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and we do not charge for the period after cancellation takes effect. Prices are shown on our pricing section and are stated exclusive of any applicable VAT.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep hosted sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden.
