This policy explains how Klarhimmel AB ("we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden, handles personal data when you use Clone a Website ("the Service"). We are the data controller for this processing.

What we collect

The website address you submit and the public content we clone from it.
Technical data needed to run the Service, such as your IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and standard request logs.
Account and billing data if you subscribe to paid hosting: your email address and the subscription details handled by our payment processor.

How we use it

We use this data only to provide and operate the Service: to generate and host your clone, to prevent abuse, to communicate with you about your account, and to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

Cloudflare hosts the cloned sites and provides our network and storage.
Stripe processes payments for paid hosting. We do not store your card details.

Retention

Free preview clones are temporary and may be deleted automatically. Data tied to a paid subscription is kept for the life of the subscription and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
